These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding contract between you ("User," "Customer," "Vendor," "you") and Datadigalyz ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Haflati app or website (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Haflati is an online marketplace connecting customers planning events (weddings, graduations, corporate events, etc.) with approved third-party vendors across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not provide the event services ourselves; we facilitate discovery, quotation, booking, payment, and communication.
The Service includes:
- A mobile app (iOS, iPadOS) and web app
- An AI event planner that produces non-binding recommendations
- Vendor browsing, quotation cart, and checkout
- Payments processed through Moyasar
- Real-time order status and notifications
- A vendor portal for listing packages, managing orders, and receiving settlements
- An admin portal used exclusively by Datadigalyz staff
2. Account registration
You must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your password secure.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use via
security@haflati.app.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our reasonable discretion.
3. Customer obligations
As a Customer, you agree:
- Accuracy — to provide accurate event details (date, address, guest count, requests).
- Payment — to pay the quoted amount in full through the Service before the event.
- Communication — to cooperate with vendors for logistics.
- Conduct — to treat vendors, staff, and support respectfully.
- Legal compliance — to ensure your event complies with all local laws, including public-event licenses where required.
4. Vendor obligations
As a Vendor, you agree:
- Licensing — you hold all licenses (CR, VAT, municipal) required to operate.
- Accuracy — your listings, packages, and photos are accurate and owned or licensed by you.
- Fulfilment — you will deliver the service at the agreed price, time, and quality.
- Non-exclusivity — Haflati is non-exclusive; you may use other channels.
- Commission — you authorize Haflati to deduct a 10% platform commission (subject to change with 30 days notice) from each successful order.
- Settlement — settlements are paid to your IBAN within 14 days after event completion (or the dispute window closes, whichever is later).
- Tax invoices — you are responsible for issuing ZATCA-compliant tax invoices for your share of every order.
- Response time — you acknowledge a new order within 24 hours and confirm within 48 hours.
5. Orders, pricing, and VAT
- All prices shown include 15% VAT calculated at checkout.
- Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Backend amounts are stored in halalas (1 SAR = 100 halalas).
- The total you see on the checkout screen is the total you pay — no hidden fees.
- A single master order may split into multiple vendor sub-orders, each with its own fulfilment status.
- Your order forms a binding contract when:
(a) you complete payment; and
(b) the relevant vendor accepts the sub-order in the vendor portal.
- If a vendor rejects a sub-order, we will refund the relevant portion to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Cancellation and refunds
6.1 Customer cancellation

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
6.2 Vendor cancellation
If a vendor cancels after accepting, you receive a full refund plus a 5% goodwill credit applied to your next order.
6.3 Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government orders, public-health emergencies). We will work with both sides on fair rescheduling or refund.
7. Payments
- Card, Mada, and Apple Pay are processed by Moyasar. Their own terms apply.
- Disputed charges must be raised through Haflati support before filing a chargeback with your card issuer.
- You represent you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
8. Content, intellectual property, and licenses
- All trademarks, logos, software, design, and text in the Service are owned by Datadigalyz or its licensors.
- Vendor-supplied content (package photos, descriptions) remains the Vendor's property; Vendors grant Haflati a worldwide, royalty-free license to display the content within the Service and in our marketing materials.
- You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service.
- You grant Haflati a license to use reviews and ratings you post within the Service anywhere, subject to the Privacy Policy.
9. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to public decency standards, anti-fraud, and tax law.
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Facilitate or advertise alcohol, pork, gambling, or any Sharia-non-compliant activity.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any person.
- Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without written consent.
10. Ratings and reviews
- Reviews must be truthful, first-hand, and written in a civil tone.
- We may remove reviews that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
- We are not responsible for the content of user reviews, but we reserve the right to moderate.
11. AI planner disclaimer
The AI event planner is a non-binding recommendation engine. Outputs may contain inaccuracies. Always verify pricing, availability, and details with the actual vendor before confirming an order. Haflati is not liable for errors in AI-generated suggestions.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law:
- Haflati is not a party to the actual service contract between Customer and Vendor.
- Our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is capped at the lesser of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) SAR 5,000.
- Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (fraud, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or consumer rights under Saudi law).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Datadigalyz, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of law, or (c) your content or conduct on the Service.
14. Disputes
- We encourage you to contact
support@haflati.appfirst to resolve disputes amicably. - These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
- Where applicable, disputes may be routed to the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) under its rules.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
16. Termination
- You may close your account at any time from the Profile screen or by emailing
support@haflati.app. - We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach, suspected fraud, non-payment, or legal requirement.
- On termination, these provisions survive: 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, and 16.
17. Miscellaneous
- Severability — if any provision is held invalid, the rest stays in effect.
- Entire agreement — these Terms, plus the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us.
- No waiver — failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
- Assignment — you may not assign your account; we may assign these Terms in a corporate reorganization.
